We are happy to replace merchandise if it is defective in any way. If
you have any questions about what you are ordering, please be sure to
contact us by phone or email before you place your order.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's
fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you
for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a
payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can
then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a
check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

What if I want to see the Melissa in-person for
a problem? |

Melissa does see private
clients throughout the week and would be more than happy to meet with you
in-person. Our office is located at 2117 16th Avenue South Birmingham,
AL 35205. Melissa sees clients five days a week, Monday thru Friday,
from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We recommend you book an appointment at
least one week to two weeks in advance.

How can I be sure that hypnotherapy is right for
me? |

The best way is to just give
it a try. If you are skeptical that hypnotherapy will be affective,
Melissa would be more than happy to speak with you help to ease any
pessimism that you might have. It's natural. We all get that
way.
